The mailcheck connector gives Claude read access to your tracking data: opens and link clicks. You ask in plain language, Claude reads the signal and answers. Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, Hostinger, Orange and SFR.
Read only. No access to the body of your messages.
A counter tells you nothing. The shape does.
Every tracking tool shows an open count. The count is the least useful number you have. An email opened 32 times can be a customer copying a parcel number. An email that sat unopened for eight days and then got opened 27 times in one morning is a document being passed around a team.
Reading that difference by hand, across every message you sent this month, is tedious. That is the part Claude does well: it reads the whole history and tells you which three people are worth an email today.

- What is my average time between sending and the first open?

- In Claude, open settings, then Connectors.

Aggregated stats over a period: sent, opened, open rate, average delay, click rate and total clicks. What it cannot do
Access is read only. The connector cannot send an email, change your data, or read the body of your messages. It exposes the subject, the recipient, the sender, open timestamps and, for emails sent with Clicks ON, the links clicked and when, nothing more. Every tool is scoped to your own account.
